The Supreme Court ruling by the United Sections of 09/09/2010 No 19246 has stated that in terms of opposition to the injunction of the constitution and the terms appear in each case are halved. So, the opponent will have the burden in any case, to appear in the term of five half days. The novelty is that the above charge is no longer connected to the discretion of the opponent (the defendant in a substantive way) to indicate the opposite (an actor in a formal sense) a minor term in the summons to appear in opposition to injunctions .
