On 24 February the Court of Brescia ordered our Press Officer Vincent Low expedited to one year's imprisonment (suspended sentence due to the benefits of the law and conditional) for a quotation - from objectionable content but much less heavy than those that are seen online under other circumstances addressed to "other" personality - written on their wall in Facebook to the court concerning the controversy brought in by Mesiano Morning 5.
The investigations were launched in October 2009, numerous witnesses have been heard without his knowing anything about it, until June 9, 2010 when the notice was served guarantee which was the prelude to indictment.
Any reflection on the unequal treatment of similar cases is unnecessary.
The ruling has found space in the media, below the article in the Free edition of February 25 on page 16.
