Regional Microcredit Fund
Abruzzo Region established a Regional Fund for Microcredit, which favors the lending activities of banks or other financial intermediaries to non-bankable, ie without credit history and ability to provide capital guarantees for interventions related to the start up business or self-employment or their consolidation.

The Regional Fund for Microcredit has a budget of € 965,000.00.

Subjects applicants
All residents in the Abruzzo region of at least one year, with no other real property, except for the first home and related works, and that they are:
- unemployed workers, immediately available to carry out and looking for work;
- unemployed, looking for a job, without having previously held a work;
- self-employed, self employed and / or active micro-enterprises with turnover less than € 15,000 in 2009.
The new micro-enterprises or new employment activities will be constituted by the date of disbursement of the loan.
Operation Fund
The Abruzzo Region with its Regional Fund for Microcredit provides 50% of each requested funding, aimed to sustain the costs of establishment or consolidation of activities. The funding can not be greater than € 10,000.00, with a repayment plan of up to 5 years (60 monthly installments of which 6 of grace). The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of the individual funding may not exceed the percentage rate Average (TEGM) on personal loans as published by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (Law 108/1996).
Mode participation
This notice is to COVER, applications may be submitted from May 28, 2010 and will be accepted while the castle of the guarantee referred to Regional Microcredit Fund. The application form should be submitted together with:
